These are examples of what you could save when buying a New Home in Texas just by hiring me as your Real Estate Agent.

Example 1:

  • My client called me and said their agent “doesn’t give rebates.” Why? The agent said his broker would not allow it. I have never had a broker say that to me. That is against FTC Regulations. So, I said I would be more than happy to help. My client bought 4 homes through me in the Dallas, Texas Area. That client saved over $24,000 by using me as their Realtor. Here are some more examples.

Example 2:

  • Say you are buying a home from a New Home Builder in Austin and they are paying a buyers agent 6% on all spec homes through the end of the month.
  • You hire me as your agent, you take my registration form with you to the New Home Builder and present that to them.
  • You find the home that you are interested and put down a deposit.
  • They will then put me down on the contract as your Real Estate Agent.
  • The home’s price is $865,000 dollars.
  • If you DO HIRE me you will get 5.5% back, that means you will receive $21,625 Dollars.
  • If you don’t HIRE me as your Agent you get $0.00 Back.

This money can be used towards closing costs or you can receive it as cash back at closing.

Example 3:

  • Say you are buying a home from a New Home Builder in San Antonio and they are paying a buyers agent 4% on all “to be built” homes through the last day of the month, next month.
  • You hire me as your agent, you take my Registration Form with you to The New Home Builder and present that to them.
  • You find the home that you are interested and put down a deposit.
  • They will then put me down on the contract as your Real Estate Agent.
  • The home’s price is $485,000 dollars.
  • If you DO HIRE me you will get 3.5% back, that means you will receive $12,125 Dollars.
  • If you don’t HIRE me as your Agent you get $0.00 Back.

Example 4:

  • You found your dream home from a New Home Builder in the Houston Area and they are paying a Buyers agent 5% on all “Inventory” homes through the end of the month.
  • You hire me as your agent, you take my Registration Form with you to the New Home Builder and present that to them.
  • You find the home that you are interested and put down a deposit.
  • They will then put me down on the contract as your Real Estate Agent.
  • The home’s price is $565,000 dollars.
  • You need me to do more work for you, such as going over options, floorplans and making sure you don’t spend a lot of money on your new home build.
  • If you HIRE me you, and you agree to a 2% rebate then you will get 3% back, that means you will receive $16,950 Dollars.
  • If you don’t HIRE me as your Agent you get $0.00 Back.

This money can be used towards closing costs or you can receive it as cash back at closing.

In all the examples above, if you do receive Cash Back at closing. I do NOT have to 1099 you at the end of the year, so this is even a better incentive to hire me as your Agent. These are just a few examples of the hundreds of different scenarios out there.
